Following multiple disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the PFL 2020 was successfully conducted at the PFF National Training Centre located in Cavite, with United City FC emerging as champions in the competitive six-team league. Formerly known as Ceres-Negros FC, United City FC concluded their season boasting a commendable total of 12 points amassed from five matches.
