Prabowo Subianto Successfully Recovers from Leg Surgery and Ready to Serve the People for the Next Five Years

Prabowo Subianto, who has been elected as the President for the period of 2024-2029, recently underwent a successful surgery on his leg at RSPPN Sudirman. He also extended his gratitude to the physicians, which include Brigadier General Retired dr. Robert Hutauruk, Colonel dr. Sunaryo, dr. Siska Widayati, dr. Thomas, and the entire nursing and medical staff at Sudirman Hospital for the success of the significant surgical procedure. Sudirman Hospital, which was inaugurated in February by the Presidents of Indonesia, Joko Widodo and Prabowo, operates under the guidance of the Ministry of Defense. Following renovations and the procurement of additional medical equipment, the hospital, along with 25 other TNI-owned hospitals, now possesses the capability to deliver top-tier medical care to the populace.

Prabowo disclosed that the injury he had been contending with for an extended period of time was a consequence of two parachuting mishaps during his tenure in the TNI. Despite the challenges presented by these injuries, he remained resolute in his decision to undergo the requisite medical intervention.
