In celebration of Idul Adha 1445 Hijriah, PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) has undertaken a significant endeavor by distributing sacrificial animals to the frontier, outermost, and least developed (3T) regions in Indonesia. These areas encompass Aceh, Palembang, Lampung, Garut, Serang, Banjarmasin, Purwokerto, Solo, Mataram, and Makassar.
Arief Mulyadi, the president director of PNM, has underscored the focus of this year’s distribution on areas with limited access and high stunting rates. He has emphasized the dual purpose of this year’s sacrifices, serving not only as an act of worship for Idul Adha but also reflecting PNM’s commitment to supporting Indonesia’s zero-stunting program.
Furthermore, the distribution of sacrificial animals serves as a token of gratitude for 25 years of dedicated service, particularly in the empowerment of Indonesia’s ultra-micro businesses. Idul Adha has provided PNM with the opportunity to extend its blessings to 3T areas, including the beneficiaries of the PNM Mekaar program.
Arief has expressed his appreciation for the trust and support of PNM Mekaar customers, particularly for their contribution to the empowerment of female entrepreneurs. He has also commended the unwavering dedication of account officers (AO) who tirelessly provide assistance in remote areas.
Looking ahead, Arief has expressed his hope that PNM’s sacrifices will continue to inspire ultra-micro entrepreneurs and the account officers who support them amidst extraordinary challenges on a daily basis.
This initiative by PNM represents a significant effort to bridge the gap between urban and remote areas, ensuring the inclusive spirit of Idul Adha reaches all corners of society. The distribution of sacrificial animals to the nearest mosques in these regions, especially the simpler ones, demonstrates a thoughtful and inclusive approach to sharing blessings.
As we contemplate PNM’s dedication and the impact of its initiatives, it is essential to recognize the collective effort that contributes to the betterment of society. The contribution of PNM Mekaar customers, the dedication of account officers, and the spirit of unity and empathy displayed in the distribution of sacrifices all serve as a testament to the values of generosity and community.
The significance of PNM’s efforts extends beyond the act of sacrifice itself. By providing support and empowerment to underprivileged communities, PNM is actively contributing to the development and progress of Indonesia’s remote areas. This dedication aligns with the broader goal of inclusive growth and the eradication of stunting in the country.
As we celebrate the spirit of Idul Adha and the compassionate initiatives of organizations like PNM, we must also recognize the importance of sharing experiences and feedback. By engaging in open dialogue, we can further understand the impact of these efforts and address any challenges that may arise in the process.
PNM’s commitment to supporting Indonesia’s remote areas through the distribution of sacrificial animals is a testament to the spirit of compassion and inclusivity. As we commend their efforts, let us also reflect on the collective responsibility to uplift and empower all members of society.
